Appointment Reminder Policy

To help keep your scheduled cleaning on track, we send a friendly reminder one day before your scheduled appointment.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
 If we do not receive a response to the reminder and we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.
We appreciate your communication and value your time as well as ours.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, simply let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange a new date and time that works for both of us. There is no fee to reschedule your appointment. We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule and continue providing excellent service to all of our clients.

Recurring Cleaning Services

For our recurring weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clients, your scheduled appointment remains reserved for you. If you ever need to change your appointment, simply contact us, and we'll gladly reschedule your visit at no additional charge.

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Arrival Window

Our cleaning team may arrive within a 30-minute arrival window due to traffic or previous appointments.

Access Policy

If you will not be home, please provide instructions for entry before your appointment.

Pets

We love pets!
Please let us know if you have pets and ensure aggressive animals are secured during the cleaning.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 24 hours, and we'll return to address any missed areas at no additional charge.

Safety Policy

For the safety of our team, we do not clean:
  • Biohazards
  • Mold remediation
  • Pest infestations
  • Human or animal waste
  • Hoarding situations (unless quoted separately)
